VW ACTION Trade Information

Once again, the media response to the show last year was extremely complimentary, as was the public enthusiasm. We expect all these positive trends to continue.

All advertising of the event will have the same or greater reach as previous years, covering both air and water cooled publications. We expect an even better attendance than 2003.

As VW Action continues getting better and better, it increasingly becomes a show at which the attendance of the most important and 'in touch' traders is taken for granted. By the same token, traders who attend the show are increasing their profile with a very important section of their potential customers. We have now enjoyed seven years of growth, and the current attendance is a good representation of the VW scene, covering all ages, without the event attracting visitors seduced by what should be purely peripheral attractions. Simply put, we believe that a higher percentage of visitors to VW Action are active and committed VW enthusiasts, and therefore spend more per head than many other shows.

IMPORTANT
Covered Trade Space

The arrangements for trade stands will see a significant change this year. In the absence of a major permanent structure, a marquee will be erected for indoor trade. This structure will be tailored to demand. Whilst the public area will be generous, it will be tailored in overall size to the demand for covered space.

Therefore, the closing date for indoor trade stands will be Friday 30th July 2004. After this date no further 'covered' space can be booked and traders wishing to book marquees should contact our preferred supplier G.H.B. The Trade Marquee will be lit and manned by security overnight, but we would strongly advise the removal of stock overnight for complete peace of mind. The rates for covered trade space will be the same as for outdoor space, plus £15 per ft run.

• 10' Frontage £105 - Two Passes
(Covered space add £150)
• 20' Frontage £155 - Three Passes
(Covered space add £300)
• 30' Frontage £195 - Four Passes
(Covered space add £450)

TABLES AND CHAIRS

Due to 'losses' in previous years we are UNABLE to supply tressle tables or chairs at this year's VW Action. Traders requiring tables should contact our preferred supplier G.H.B. and deal direct or make their own arrangements. We will NOT have tables or chairs available to 'hire' on the day.
